Plastic & Plastic Modification
• Engage™ (Polyolefin Elastomer, POE): Polyolefin Elastomer is designed to improve impact performance or improve low temperature performance, melt strength or overall process ability and compatible with most olefinic materials. It is used in many molded goods such as toys or household items and as the modifier for automotive TPO applications and foam.
• Viton® Free Flow (VFF): Fluoroelastomer Polymer Processing Aid is uniquely designed to eliminate melt fracture in blow films, reduced die build-up in extrusions and led to fast transition, reduced scrap and higher production output that improve profits for your business.
• Teflon® Fluoropolymers resins: DuPont™ Teflon® fluoroplastic resins have exceptional resistance to high temperatures, chemical reaction, corrosion, and stress-cracking. The mechanical toughness, electrical, and low-friction properties of Teflon® make it the preferred plastic for a host of applications and different processing techniques.
• Zonyl®: DuPont Zonyl® Fluoroadditives are finely divided white powders of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) resin. Zonyl® fluoroadditive powders are designed primarily for use as minority components in mixtures with other solid or liquid materials. Zonyl® fluoroadditives can enhance abrasion resistance, reduce coefficient of friction and mechanical wear, reduce surface contamination, and modify appearance. For example, thermoplastic parts, such as gears, benefit from improved wear resistance and reduced friction. Stick-slip behavior can be eliminated. Elastomeric seals for diverse environments improve in tear and abrasion resistance. Lithographic, flexographic, and gravure inks can be formulated for better image protection and higher productivity.
• Versify™ Propylene-ethylene Plastomer: Specialty propylene-ethylene copolymers which offer elasticity, flexibility, excellent optics, sealing and hot tack performance for providing films, fibers, and molded parts, offer soft-touch and compatibility with Polyolefin.

• Lupoy® Polycarbonate:
LG Polycarbonate is an engineering material with durable, high impact-resistance, low scratch-resistance, transparent to visible light with versatile processing application such as injection, blow molding and extrusion.
• Dioshy® TPE:
Thermoplastic elastomers (TPE) are materials that have mechanical properties similar to rubber but it can be processed by methods designed for standard thermoplastics, such as extrusion and injection molding. They can be recycled much more easily and efficiently.
We provide variety types of TPE such as SEBS, SBS, SEBS/SBS, TPO, TPV, TPU and TPEE.
Characteristics of TPE :

• Neoprene® (Polychloroprene Elastomers):
Multipurpose elastomer that yields a balanced combination of properties with usage at temperature range -40°C - 150°C. Neoprene can give good heat and oil resistance, outstanding for dynamic properties and weather ability in bright color which can see Neoprene in the application of timing belt, air ducts, spark plug, rolls, seals, gaskets, diaphragms and lining for chemical processing equipment also adhesive
• Nordel™ (Ethylene Propylene Rubbers, EPDM)
An elastomer which is characterized by a wide range of applications. The main properties of EPDM are its outstanding heat, ozone and weather resistance. EPDM is used in weatherstrip, hose, belt, tire, and o-ring application.
• Vamac® (Ethylene Acrylic Elastomer):
Vamac® ethylene acrylic elastomer (AEM) products are a comprehensive family of heat and fluid resistant elastomers for flexible applications ranging from hoses, dampers and boots to seals and gaskets. Vamac®provides significant performance advantages over low temperature ACM and HNBR grades, including better low temperature resistance and high temperature performance up to 175°C. Compared to HNBR substantial cost savings can be achieved.
• Viton® (Fluoroelastomer):
Viton® fluoroelastomer is the most specified fluoroelastomer, well known for its excellent heat resistance (400°F/200°C). Viton® offers excellent resistance to aggressive fuels and chemicals and has worldwide ISO 9000 and ISO/TS 16949 registration. Viton is commonly used in O-rings and other molded or extruded goods. The fluorine content of the most common Viton grades varies between 66% and 70%
• IRM 903, ASTM#1 (Oil Tester):
Standard testing oil for ASTM D471. To evaluate the comparative ability of rubber or rubber-like compositions to withstand the effect of liquids. The oil is made in Japan.
• Tetrone A:
Dipentamethylene thiuram hexasulfide. Rubber accelerator for CSM, Butyl and EPDM.
HVA-2 is useful as a curing agent in several elastomers; N,N-m-Phenlenedimaleimide is its chemical name: Rubber curing agent HVA-2 is a multi-function rubber agent. It can be used as either curing agent, coagent for peroxide curing system or anti-scorcher and adhesion promoter. HVA-2 can act as secondary curing agent, giving rubber compounds improved cross-link behavior, heat resistance, compression set, adhesive strength between rubber and cord or steel wire and scorch safety during fabricating.
Acrylate/methacrylate monomers, oligomers and other specialty chemicals used in the following applications: coatings, inks, adhesives and sealants, electronics, rubbers. Products are an integral part of end users as diverse as hardwood flooring, printing plates, compact disks, package coatings, furniture, printed circuit boards and eyeglasses and many others.
Curing Agent Diakä No.1 and 3 are diamines functional chemicals for curing A, B and E types of Viton®Fluoroelastomers. Diakä No.1 is Hexamethylene diamine carbamate while Diakä No.3 is N,N -Dicinnamylidene-1,6-hexanediamine. Diakä No.7 is TAIC, which is a coagent for G Type of Viton®Fluoroelastomer.
SMA resins are a family of low molecular weight resins which compose of styrene/maleic anhydride and difference chemical structure base like copolymer base, ester base and also in solid and solution form. They are used in various applications such as paper sizing, powder coating, pigment dispersions, inks, overprint varnishes, leather tanning, microelectronics fabrication and processing, carpet/textile cleaners and floor care products. Moreover, they can function as polymeric surfactants in dispersing and emulsifying applications, as high functionality cross linking agents or as chemical intermediates in the production of specialty polymers.
Concentrate resin powder of Hexamethoxymethylmelamine (HMMM), and Methylene donor in dry rubber adhesion system. End users of Cyrez® are such as tire, belt, hose, rubber roller and molded parts.
• Alnovol® :
Non self-cross linking modified Phenolic resin of the Novolak type, Cord adhesion promoter and reinforcement of rubber. Applications are same as Cyrez® and some application they are working together when need excellent adhesive.
• Dispermac® (Chemical Master batch):
High Performance pre-dispersed chemicals e.g. sulphur and accelerators for rubber compounds. Dispermac® is engineered with high quality ingredients and state of the art manufacturing process to provide consistency and excellent dispersion, therefore good properties of rubber articles.
• Masterbatch PA:
It is a processing aid which is designed to eliminate melt fracture and improve process ability, increase output rate and reduce die build-up. It is widely use in various application ranging from blow film, injection and extrusion.
• Kevlar® aramid fibers:
High performance Aramid fiber for safety equipment and safety part in Automotive industrial (Kevlar Pulp) like brake and clutch. Also act as reinforcement in tire, belt, hose (Kevlar yarn) and molded goods (Kevlar EE).
• ABS powder – Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene powder:
ABS Powder is an alternative product which give maximize benefit to customer, for creating a wide variety of products. ABS powder form can create the following properties: impact modifier, heat resistant and improve both impact and heat resistant. It’s useful in varieties application such as pipe, fitting and sheet. Also can reduce cost of PC/ABS by enhance impact property.
• Anti Dripping:
PTFE Core-Shell is developed by nano technology and act as anti-dripping additive to reach UL-94 V.0, provide excellent compatibility with other polymers, easy to handle and storage at room temperature. Moreover PTFE is able to reduce the overall cost of product, excellent mechanical properties and surface. It exhibits excellent dispersion characteristics in compounds of a wide variety of polymers such as ABS, PBT, PET, HIPS, PC, PE, PP and etc. Also it's useful in many applications such as E&E appliance, office automation, automotive and etc. Nowadays, IRPC develop anti-dripping to ABS flame retardant grade for the better new features and properties.
Commodity Plastics and Impact Modifiers
• LDPE (Low Density Polyethylene):
DOW™ Low Density Polyethylene Resins are re-emerging as a valuable product family, combining superior clarity with stiffness and density favored by converters for down gauging.
A typical application include food packaging structures to shopping bags and coated paper boards, liners, overwraps, consumer bags, heavy duty sacks, clarity shrink and collation films, lamination films, agricultural films, extrusion coatings, caps and closures, and a variety of durable products such as toys.
Ethylene Vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymers where flexibility, toughness and resistance of ozone and environmental stress cracking are needed. It is widely used in application for footwear foam, cap and closure liner.
Chlorinated Polyethylene offers excellent compatibility with other polymers. Besides good resistance to heat and weathering, it performs well as impact modifier for rigid PVC in construction, PVC profile and wide variety of plastic modification application.
• MBS (WELLPA TM MBS impact modifier from SUNDOW):
MBS is PVC impact modifier which SUNDOW offer 6 WELLPA TM MBS grades which are used as high efficient impact modifier for opaque and transparent products, the application filed includes: opaque extrusion products such as sheets, profiles, pipes, opaque molding products such as pipe fittings, transparent products such as film, sheet, bottle, cosmetic packing, blister packs, container, Christmas tree leaves etc.
• AIM (WELLPLA TM Acrylic Impact Modifier from SUNDOW):
WELLPLA TM AIM impact modifiers are acrylic impact modifier with core / shell structure in which core being moderate cross linked structure is linked with shell by grafting copolymerization. It not only improves impact resistance performance of the product, but also increases the surface gloss, especially the weather ability of the product. It is especially suitable for outdoor products and broadly used in PVC profiles, window profile, siding, sheets, boards, pipes, pipe fittings, etc.
• ABS resin:
ABS is a terpolymer of acrylonitrile, butadiene and styrene. There are many different grades of acrylonitrile butadiene styrene with a wide range of features and applications. In addition, many blends with other materials such as polyvinylchloride, polycarbonates and polysulfones have been developed. Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene materials can be processed by any of the standard thermoplastic processing methods.
• BR (Butadiene Rubber):
Polybutadiene has high resistance to abrasion, low heat buildup, and resistance to cracking. Polybutadiene has a high resistance to wear and is used especially in the manufacture of tires, which consumes about 70% of the production. Another 25% is used as an additive to improve the mechanical strength of plastics such as polystyrene and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS). It is also used to manufacture golf balls, various elastic objects and to coat or encapsulate electronic assemblies, offering high electrical resistivity
• SBR (Styrene Butadiene Rubber):
Styrene-Butadiene Rubber (SBR) derived from styrene and butadiene. SBR has good abrasion resistance and good aging stability when protected by additives. The elastomer is used widely in pneumatic tires, shoe heels and soles, gaskets and even chewing gum.
Chemicals in adhesives, Coatings and Polymerization
Chlorinated Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate Copolymer (CEVA) is a resin manufactured from the raw material of Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate Copolymer (EVA) through chemical modification. It is applicable to high grade ink, additives for treatment of fibers, paint for biaxial tension polypropylene film and laminating agent for polyethylene/polypropylene films. It has been widely used in composite ink for high grade plastics in order for improving the ink’s adhesive strength, ink property, glossiness and the pigment’s dispersibility, wettability and cold resistance, etc. Dissolve the product into the toluene or other solvents to prepare a solution of 20%-30%. Then add the solution into the ink or other relevant system based on the ink formulation.

HPE is mainly used to produce wear resistant, heavy corrosion resistant and self-extinguishing coatings, high grade adhesives and high quality printing ink. Dissolve the product into the toluene or other solvents to prepare a solution of 20%-30%. Then add the solution into the ink or other relevant system based on the ink formulation.
N, N-dimethylacrylamide (DMAA) is a liquid chemical product used as synthesis intermediate and monomer for the synthesis of specific polymers. Polymers containing DMAA have strong adhesive properties on glass and tin. DMAA generates or improves the adhesiveness of polyamide resins. Changes in polyolefin resins by polymerization of DMAA improve the adherence of very polar epoxy.
Divinylbenzene (DVB) is an extremely versatile cross-linking agent that also improves polymer properties. As a result, it has been used to manufacture adhesives, plastics, elastomers, ceramics, biological materials, coatings, catalysts, membranes, pharmaceuticals, specialty polymers, and ion exchange resins. It is also important that just a small amount of DVB is needed to improve both chemical and physical properties. DVB allows you to create materials for example, when used to cross-link polystyrene, DVB increases solvent resistance, heat distortion, impact strength, tensile strength, and hardness. And as little as 0.5% divinylbenzene in a styrene polymerization makes the polymer insoluble.

The thermoplastic resin that delivers outstanding impact toughness and chemical resistance in variety of consumer and industrial products. In addition, Surlyn® is a remarkably clear plastic which can replace glass or crystal.

The acrylate copolymer that offers high melt strength and new level of heat resistance in easy-processing material. In additional, it can be use as modifier for engineering polymers and master batch carrier.
